In this class, you’ll focus on stabilizing and strengthening your core. Learning how to properly align and utilize your core is key to keeping your back and body safe, as well as to help you build up to and access advanced strength-based postures down the line.
In this class, you’ll go deep into your hips, hamstrings, and binds! You can expect creative and advanced transitions and postures incorporating these elements.
In this class, you’ll focus on variations of triangle pose with plenty of opportunities to come into traditional triangle pose where you can familiarize yourself with the asana. This practice is great for those looking to explore the basics of yoga.
In this handstand flow, you’ll work through foundational and strength-based handstand movements and exercises, including inverting towards the end. This flow is perfect for beginners or those new to handstand and want to build up strength.
In this class, you’ll practice exercises and movements based around deepening your single squat position (pistol squat). You can expect hip openers and a variety of pistol squat transitions.
