Welcome to Arm Balance Program 1.0!

This program is designed to help you learn to fly and finesse your arm balancing practice. It’s listed as 28-days, but you can always extend it and repeat it as much as you’d like until you master your arm balances. As this program has areas of repetition, you’ll be able to see your progress throughout the program.


Here are the different kinds of classes you can expect:

Tutorials – Short instructional videos focused on a specific arm balance

Strength Practices – Flow classes created to build your shoulder and core strength needed for arm balancing

Arm Balance Practices – Each day will have its own arm balance practice that peaks at the day’s focus. At the end of each week, you’ll have a mixed arm balance practice combining the week’s asanas and teachings


To get started, here are a few tips to set you up for success:


  1. Schedule time into your calendar to complete each day’s work.
  2. Set up a practice space for yourself where you won’t be disturbed.
  3. Have your mat and two blocks available.
