Description
In this 4-Week Flying Pigeon Program, you’ll explore a variety of hip opening drills and postures to help you access flying pigeon with greater ease. You’ll start by learning the foundation and alignment of flying pigeon and then progress into learning transitions from this arm balance. You’ll receive a full length flying pigeon flow, mini flying pigeon flow, as well drills and skills to self-practice every week.
