Description
In this 4-Week Headstand Program, you’ll learn a how to enter and tripod and bound headstand, as well as different entries, shapes, and transitions that you can do with both of these types of headstands. You’ll start by learning the foundation of these headstands with options to progress and advance your headstand practice based on where you’re at with your headstand balance. You’ll receive a full length headstand flow, mini headstand flow, as well drills and skills to self-practice every week.
