Welcome to your Splits Program!
In this 4-Week Splits Program, you’ll work on deepening your front splits with a variety of postures, exercises, and drills that target your hips, hamstrings, and quad areas. Each week will progress from the previous weeks exercises and flows with new variations and options to advance your splits. You’ll receive a full length splits flow, mini splits flow, as well drills and skills to self-practice every week.
