Move Like Water

This 20-minute flow is all about connecting to your emotional body.⁠ Often times, a yoga practice can be thought-oriented where you’re thinking about the postures rather than feeling and experiencing the postures.⁠ In order to move past just the physical experience of a posture, you have to practice tuning and tapping into your emotions and feelings that run underneath that. Being able to FEEL a pose rather than just THINK about whether or not you’re doing it right is a different ballgame. ⁠To help you shift your experience into more of a “feeling” experience, you’ll practice a continuous flow, less about alignment, with the intention of moving from one posture to the next like water.⁠ Water is the element most closely related to your emotions, which is where the name of this class was inspired from!⁠
